i went to the zoo today! with my dearest family
it's the annual family day thingy for my dad's company
it's been aeons since i last went to the zoo

whee! back from my ah ma's birthday party!! she's 77 now..!! we had the party at the rooftop of the clubhouse in my uncle's condo..

i tell you, my hse really looks like an internet cafe ok
previously i think i mentioned that we are using wireless for our 3 coms.. so com1 is the main com connected to the starhub cable thingy, then com2 which is in my brother's room is using the router to detect the signal from downstairs.. and because com3 is so near com1, my dad thinks it's a waste of money to buy another router so he bought this long wire to connect to com3 instead

so the long wire (depicted as the yellow one) cuts across the place as shown below



i tell you i tripped over the damn wire duno how many times already ok
and it made the house looked fugly IMO
can u imagine an ugly plain -looking wire lying in the middle of nowhere?? it's so out of place!

ok nvm
recently.. duno what the hell is wrong with com2, we just cant seemed to go online into internet explorer but we can sign into msn! weird huh
i think my dad called up the customer service or wadever for some technical support
and i duno what the person told my dad, he came home with another wire the next day after sending my mum to work
so this second wire (i drew it as the red one) runs across the hallway area (see above pic), up the staircase and into my brother's room!!

as you can see the damn wire cuts across the area outside my room as well
very high possibility that one day on my way to the toilet, i will just trip over the darn wire and fall flat on my face, esp in the mornings when i just woke up, with my unstable half- conscious state of mind, tendancy is even higher

now u believe that my house looks like an internet cafe??

gosh i cant believe im so BLUR
look at the time now its only 8:40am! AM!!!
i cant believe i woke up so early to attend my 830am lesson just to realise that there's no lesson!!! freak
i stepped into the room thinking why the hell it's dark..and there's nobody ard.. for the first time im actually the first one to reach? cant be.. time was already 8:26am and im the first?? im usually late for school
so i called yaya who's ALSO on her way here and got her to ask melvin... WA!!.. NO LESSON CAN !!???!!
i want to kill myself
so now im in free access lab STONING! along with yaya
both of us are soooooo blur.. man

whoever says shopping is not a sport?

in my opinion,

it's equivalent to weights lifting because we practically have to lug our HEAVY shopping bags thru'out the whole trip.. it's strenous on our arms and shoulders k
i think biceps and triceps can develop over time for those siong hardcore shopaholics (not me ah!) haa

it's similar to wrestling too
shopping is rough, you have to ATTACK esp during sales and esp during MNG sales
mng sales are madness.. everyone is just attacking the clothes, no mercy spared
admist all the attacking and snatching, you get scratched by someone's sharp fingernails and worse if you are wearing uncovered shoes, you risk getting stepped on by the killer 3-inch stilettos!

its similar to chess (maybe not so much of a sport) ok maybe fishing is more appropriate
u need LOTS of PATIENCE esp when the queues at the fitting rooms are so damn freakass long.. sometimes they dont seem to move.. not forgetting the queue at the cashier too

and then its equivalent to brisk walking
with the limited amt of time in a day and that some shops close early, we need to CHIONG from one place to another to make the best out of the constrained time we have
esp during sales, we practically FLY over to check it out, lots of stamina required k.. not easy

because we have to lug, attack and chiong.. we will sweat
in fact during shopping, you work your whole body, the arms when u lug the darn heavy bags, the legs when you chiong like a mad woman, the whole body when you try on tons of clothes
not forgetting the mouth too because we bargain to make sure we get the best deals

so shopping is a sport.. a rather extreme one i must say
haha

hopefully my efforts for the 202 report will pay off
presentation tml..
for the first time in my life.. i actually get shivers thinking abt presentations
usually i dont even prepare beforehand.. i just go up with my slides and talked.. no notes on hand.. nothing.. just relying on my ppt slides and my own creativity.. i just crapped thru' out haa

but now im actually preparing for it..
and im the last presenter!! i hate to be the last presenter.. its like im doing the grand finale
its stressful and intimidating.. damn
i better not screw up tml
the presentation is a freaking 15% of the whole coursework!

i think im on the verge of breaking down any moment, my body doesnt feel right
my body is showing symptons.. i have been sleeping like nobody's business for the past few days
and im still tired.. guess i slept too much

kinda tied up lately, so many freaking datelines to meet im seriously up to my neck
i need a proper breather gosh

2 tests and 2 presentations due next week and lots more tutorials to be done
and it doesnt help that the case study for one of the presentations, 202, is so freakass complex and long, my brain is getting all cocked up, it's not called a case study for nothing you know
i cant think right

201 is soo hard, i dunno where to start.. i gave up after attempting the first qn
tried to read the tax acts, got so confused btw the capital and revenue expenditures part tt i gave up reading also
i decided i need to stop my readings for the time being
im just aint gg anywhere if i force myself to read further

right now i just want to let go of everything on hand
i think maybe i will wait for the tutor to go thru everything
i dont want to be bothered by anything, at least for now

i miss work,
at least i dont have to rush tutorials and projects to meet datelines
at least i dont have to bother abt all the chimology readings
at least i dont have to wake up at 5.50am almost everyday
at least i dont have to crack my head over what to wear for sch

but i cant possibly stay in that small place forever, i have to move on


anyhow my dad has 5 free tickets to the zoo for next sun, 28th
clan how? wanna go??

"miso soup too salty today, seaweed used to wrap the sushi is too hard and dry today. poor response and attention to customers. need to provide service with a smile. ICE CREAM NOT FROZEN!!! WA PIANG!!
Evelyn Yeo was good! the other trainee (dunno the name) needs to be more polite and nicer to customers."

hahahaha we are so mean and evil but hey it's a feedback form what do you expect and the miso soup was really salty today
i couldnt take it after 2 or 3 spoonfuls.. soupy cant also.. 2 bowls of miso soups poured away
and the stupid ice cream was soft!! not frozen enough
i wanted to ask the staff if it's the japanese's way of culture to eat ice creams that are soft.. geez

and if you wondering why i blocked off a certain part, it's becuse we wrote the name of the gal that we didnt like, or maybe it's just me
in case she reads my blog but most likely not la

a lot of food was wasted.. seriously too full to breathe properly
it was like waiting to give birth..

weet! national day yesterday, our plan.. to go marina south and ra-ra for singapore
before that we headed to sakae at bugis
we sat down.. told the guy tt we want the buffet, the guy said no buffet and all of us were like shocked.. major
how dumb! they dont have buffet on public holidays and i refused to eat the ala carte
buffet is more fulfilling and satisfying and of course more worth it
so we went swensons coz dear soupy has the $30 voucher

yaya ordered the black pepper seafood spag, soupz ordered the chilli fish spag and i got the chicken baked rice which i think was a bit tasteless

and then desserts! banana split and chocolate crunch



we couldnt finish the ice cream!! seriously too full until we feel like puking huh and i kept making the puking sound to disturb soup hahaa damn funny la

and then we headed to marina south
it was like so damn bloody freaking HOT!!
what the hell am i doing down there ?? i have to walk on the oh-so-muddy path under the oh-so-scorching sun!!
i nearly got burnt i tell ya! but all these was worth it la
the planes were way cool.. esp the one that went 180 degrees all the way up and never came down hahaha

arrrrrgh my gastric is acting up again, ran out of medication no choice but to go down and get more
but who knows im over the 3 mths' grace to buy the medicine from the clinic, i got to see the doctor again
and there was a queue, so freaking waste my time and money

this morning was hilarious.. all because of you yaya
luckily i met you first at the bus stop if not i would have happily and blur-ly step into room 4, thinking why the hell it's still jenn kung's class when i had changed my class idiot huh you

damn my gastric is seriously shitty painful

i shall declare my hatred for 201 this second!!

I SOOO BLOODY HATE AA201!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the readings are so freaking chim i feel like im reading some chimology, i feel like im doing a masters' degree and yea i will be taking my masters' exams in 4 mths time how great

anyhow, i got nagged by my mum last night for spending too much money haha freak
she already knew i spent a lot of money but she just didnt want to say it
but my dad noticed a sudden avanlanche of new stuffs, that include clothes shoes and bags and what have you
so he made SOME noise to my mum and therefore my mum made A LOT of noise to me bleh!

i received an interesting voicemail from esther yesterday, cant really hear what she was trying to say so i called her haha i just cant stand her she's sooo auntie-ly funny!!
i cant imagine she did all those things!!! i didnt even ask her to do that in the first place! how sweet of her!

and just now wei called and chatted with me for a while, asked me when im going back blah blah
so im gg back on fri la
i feel so "xinfu" aka blessed to have wonderful ex- colleagues =)

and i want to watch charlie and the chocolate factory !!!!!!! cant wait!
