2 reasons why im so darn happy today..

1) i get to see my darling fuzzy bear(heh heh) today after work.. ! i didnt see him for 4 long days la.. kinda missing him u noe.. right we went lao beijing for lunch and ordered some xiao long baos and shao mais plus 2 bowls of noodles.. all i can say that when it comes to xiao long baos.. those from din tai feng are still the best.. even when they turned cold.. they still taste gd.. but the xlb and the shao mais at lao beijing sucks when they turned cold..

2) went town next to get my dose of the gss! 1 week plus nv go town.. missing out on all the action and the new arrivals man.. i bought a pair of shoes for only 29.90.. and 3 tops.. 1 from F21.. $43.. 2 from hula and co.. 1st piece at 33.90 2nd piece at 29.90 but there is 30% discount for the 2nd piece.. i spent ard $130+++ la.. bought a sweater for my fuzzy bear also... for his school.. so total $145+.. bleh.. and to add on.. i ordered a victoria's secrets cami last night.. but tt one only cost US$9.99.. so S$15.99 cheap la.. so must order.. siao liao.. few days ago.. ordered a polo tee from american eagle for dear.. really siao la.. cant stop spending.. incurable disease

but im happy..

yea the hippies won for the amazing race!
and i watched the da vinci code today at sun plaze coz i didnt feel like travelling anywhere far to watch it..
well.. the movie is pretty erm.. not detailed i must say.. its quite hard to squeeze everything in 2.5hrs time la.. so certain parts i got a bit blur.. and according to dear who had read the book.. some parts were actually twisted.. like the way how sophie's parents died in the car accident.. or that teabing is supposed to be a fat and round man... and that actually sophie is not the sole survivor.. the brother survived the accident in the book..

anyway i have all 4 books by dan brown..dear bought it from mph for 20% off last time when we went novena to recce.. so its kinda like 9.90 a book only.. have already finished angels and demons.. a damn great book la.. ending totally unexpected. up next is the da vinci code!

whee.. i have no attachment tml, sat and mon!! so darn happy! if u guys have seen the news or read the newspapers.. you prob would have seen that iras made an announcement that they are upgrading their system.. so for these 3 days.. its kinda like the cut-over period or what and there's limited access to the system for all departments.. so my department only allows 25 users to log on concurrently.. so all attachment students for iras would be gg on a 3-days leave!

ar seems good right.. but hell no.. it also means we have to extend our attachment period.. instead of 15th being the last day.. its 19th for us.. but july then worry la.. now urs truly is damn bloody tired.. i welcome this long break anytime

i tell u.. it seems that im geting paid to get scolded by taxpayers ok.. damn
i met all sorts of pple.. from the very nice and polite to the very very unreasonable..
some pple.. they called up and when we just picked up the calls.. they start scolding immediately.. screaming into the phone.. mad cows
but those vrey nice tps.. they really appreciate ur help and they bother to say thank you.. those unreasonable ones.. machiam like we own them money like that! IRAS owns them $$$ lor.. not me.. im just an EMPLOYEE.. one that is paid peanuts

tues afternoon 3pm.. the time where all of us started being on-line for the very first time..
nerve-wrecking.. really.. we just completed our training.. though we had some buddying sessions.. but handling the calls yourself is totally different.. moreover we are unfamiliar with the system too..

and first day of handling calls.. how lucky can i get
i kena one NASTY taxpayer..at 445pm.. i off work at 5pm okie.. nvm.. immediately after i picked up the call.. she started scolding iras.. wat very careless la.. wat our number toll-free but then still must use coins when she used public phone to call..
like dot dot dotz.. eh??? siao rite.. and the thing is she was talking so fast and in a damn angry tone.. demanding this and that.. and it also doesnt help that the system duno for wat reason just went down.. so i couldnt check anything for her.. and she started scolding again.. wat service so bad.. want to see the quality service agent.. wat iras deduct $$ in advance.. deductions and penalty always so on time but when it comes to processing objections or answering tps' enquiries then so slow.. and the whole 20mins of conversation with her.. she was making this "tsk tsk tsk" sound thruout.. wah kauz.. because of her i off work at 510pm.. because of her i came to office yesterday morning 15mins earlier to follow up on her case.. as she DEMANDED that i had to return call to her at 9am.. stressed.. somemore new at the job not very pro yet.. must take some time to look into her enquiries..

and today.. i off work at 550pm hoh! 50mins later! kns.. because i was settling another tp's case!
it doesnt pay ot be kind or helpful la.. i see her like damn kan jiong and somemore waited for around one month for some officer to contact her back but apparently no one contacted her.. so she called up to check and complain.. and lucky me la.. picked up tt call.. so i tried to help her as far as i can lor.. my job responsibilty also.. ar help help help.. 540pm liao by the time i finished.. remaining 10mins i was doing my memos' rework..

and i looked ard.. every attachment student has left except for me and the other 3.. kena difficult taxpayers also

headache sia.. work in this line i think my life will get shorten by a few months or what..

my life is boring..

i woke up at 620am today for attachment.. it's such a horrible feeling.. when 75% of the population are probably still enjoying their long weekends..
and i was out all the way till 845pm.. man no rest for approx 14 hours.. went for "prawn noodles/ ngoh hiong" lunch with dear at the coffee shops chain just behind iras.. proceeded to town to get some tops for work.. but to no avail.. tried on several clothings but not to my liking.. ended up buying those wu-eh-bo-eh.. aka the non-essentials.. dear bought this green retro looking bag from funk decko for me.. thank u very much! haha
and i saw this absolutely gorgeous pair of pumps from gripz..!!! polka dots! very tempted to get it.. sai man..
travelled to bugis.. went for "braised duck noodles/ rice" dinner..
became those typical kiasu sporean citizens and started the mad race with all the shoving when bus 960 came.. haha.. this particular bus.. must be damn bloody kiasu and kiasi when boarding.. if not u will lag behind far far when other pple start pushing u

how interesting can my life get

im gg swimming tml with dear tml.. provided he can find his trunks.. he's digging for it as im typing.. it has been 20 mins since he disappeared from msn to search for that haha..

im so happy that tml is a public holiday! great.. no need to work.. it's tiring having to wake up at 615am daily... im gg to slp in late tml! no alarm clock can wake me up!

anyway.. dear came to meet me after my attachment.. went town for a lil' while to shop ard.. and i got this PRETTY LOOKING RED POLKA DOTS PEEPTOES!

up next on my wishlist is a wrap or shirt dress..

then we went Prince at bukit timah for dinner.. voracious appetite.. ordered 6 dishes and 1 soup..
that's like a lot of dishes for just 2 pple.. but we manged to finished everything.. and best of all.. the whole meal only costs $39.. for 7 dishes.. that's like a real gd deal we picked up.. plus the food was good..
and of course our stomachs were bloated like siao..

it's a bliss when we are able to eat! and shop and sleep!

alright im damn tired la.. having to wake up at 6am this morning.. was pretty excited albeit abit nervous for the first day.. like im gg to work at iras.. a place where i thought i can really learn.. but it turns out that im just a farking telephone operator in short.. my job duty is just to pick up taxpayers' phone calls.. and attend to their enquiries.. and for now im having training.. im learning tax theories that i have studied before again.. geez.. and there are QUIZZES !! yes.. quizzez.. mad cow.. im like gg for some tax module again..

so i was practically stoning away or dozing off during the training itself.. somemore the lights were off.. man.. and jack was just sitting beside me.. reading and flipping pages.. other peeps were talking.. nobody was really paying attention to that trainer.. well cant blame us.. she's practically talking to herself.. and she reads out WORD FOR WORD FROM THE NOTES.. crazy.. we are undergraduates leh not some kindergarten kids learning their ABCs.. i have to go through all these shit again tml.. and the day after and the day after after.. and after after after...

orientation or rather admin stuffs for the first half of the day till 1230 where we were released for early lunch.. alert mode on...
after lunch.. im like some bloated bear slouching in the seat.. stoning away.. eyelids drooping..
until i was awoke suddenly by jack's qn.. fresh again for 2 hours..
went for 15 mins break... called dear for a mini chat.. after break... its back to slpy mode until 5pm where its dismissal time..! hyper mode! chionged home..!!

and i have to say IM ONLY WORKING UNTIL 5PM DAILY NOT 6!!! BUT I STILL HAVE TO WORK ON SATS!
those perm staff in iras.. if they work on sat.. they get an off day the next week.. and they are only required to work 1 sat a month.. wth

and that stupid jack keeps laughing at me because he only takes 2 mins to go from novena to toa payoh but i need 40 mins to get to cck!

AND i wasted my money buying more formal clothings! we can dress down everyday.. no need formal! can wear jeans lor!!! man..

wheeeeeeeeeeee! i went to get more working clothes today! now i have 6 tops and 5 bottoms.. but 1 skirt is kinda tight.. tml i shall bring it to the tailor to alter.. furthermore i also got my bag! in white.. the design is nth new.. but who cares la.. beggars cant be choosers liao.. mon is attachment lo.. no time to shop shop for more designs.. since it matches with my working attires.. so buy! yea.. and the best thing is it's cheap too.. ok lets see.. i also got my eyeshadows.. everything's settled..

then dear and i went iras there to recce.. see see the underpass.. see which way is nearer to get to iras.. urs truly nv step into that region b4 lor.. and see see got what nice food to eat.. the chicken rice there very nice la.. i think it's called wee lee nam chicken rice?
anyhow.. we ordered one bowl of fish maw soup.. one plate of dou miao.. 2 plates of chicken rice.. plus the roasted and white chicken... all for only $20.. cheap and nice..!
there's still the big prawn noodle that i have yet to try..

election results showing now.. kinda exciting.. dear is feeding me with 'live telecast' haha coz the tv downstairs is not on.. PAP won my region!

FANCL LOT1 IS HAVING 20% STOREWIDE! great.. just the time to get my supplies.. but that means i have to travel further to get my essentials when i need them.. coz the lot1 outlet is closing down.. but anyway.. 20% off is a pretty gd deal.. in fact is a real gd deal la.. so i zoom zoom down to lot1 to get my lotion, cleanser, mask and sp.. all for only $96.40.. cool.. original price is $120++.. and i also get a coupon to reedem my washing powder.. the original size i think.. cool! but even if it's smaller.. still cool! haha FOC what.. what's with the cool..

anyhow.. staying at home the whole day is real farking bored.. bored until must scold vulgarities.. hehe..
i seriously need to get more working tops.. i only have 4 leh.. where got enough! i work 6 days a week.. damn.. and i predict i will grow fat during attachment ok.. lots of food to eat at novena there..
i think i also need to get some eyeshadow.. all these time.. i have been kapok-ing my mum's
and i dont have a bag for attachment...! this one can worry later.. just use my existing ones first.. even if it dont really match..

sighzzzz dear lost his cam while clubbing.. phuture got so damn freaking crowded at one point of time that it was really impossible to move out at all.. plus with all the squeezing and pushing.. i nearly suffocated.. and then when we reached outside.. just to realize that the cam was lost.. fuck.. either it was stolen by some bastard or bitch or it could have fell off admist all the shoving and pushing.. i was so sad for dear that i cried.. boohoo.. because i knew the cam is his prized possession.. he loves taking photos.. and that cam costs him $700 plus and there were 1 or 2 memory cards inside the pouch also.. that's quite a huge damage done.. and dear had to console me coz i cried.. geez it should be the other way round lor.. hoping for a miracle now.. that some kind soul picked it up and gave it to the security..

and right.. im down with rashes again.. congrats.. fuck man..i look horrible.. drank too much.. my whole body is itching like crazy

well we didnt go for the dim sum buffet in the end.. thought it will start at 230pm.. but instead it was from 1130 to 2pm.. second time we missed it.. so we settled for pastamania instead.. and after that.. to sentosa!

real craziness.. just me and him alone.. but we took 332 photos!!! 332!! and i repeat again.. a freaking 332 in just that few hours from 4 to 7 plus! who can beat us haha.. that's REALLY A LOT OF PHOTOS.. haha and then there's a video of me cycling too.. the weather was real good today i must say.. not much sun.. it didnt rain either.. perfect for lying on the straw mat.. w/o getting burnt.. as u all know.. yours truly is very prone to sunburns
